My name is Sara Alonso and as a visual artist and creative art director, I specialize in image conceptualization and crafting compelling visual narratives. One of my most significant collaborations has been with TOILETPAPER (Milan), the renowned artist-led project founded by Maurizio Cattelan and Pierpaolo Ferrari. Working with TOILETPAPER and its Creative Director, Micol Talso, has been a pivotal experience, allowing me to contribute to their bold, surreal visual style and push creative boundaries.
In addition to TOILETPAPER, I have worked with notable design brands like the italian Gufram, where I contributed as a Creative Director, and top agencies such as Leo Burnett and McCann Erickson.
Previously, I served as Head of Art at Del Campo Saatchi & Saatchi in Madrid. In 2014, I moved to Glasgow to pursue an MLitt in Fine Arts Practice (Print Media) at the Glasgow School of Art. My expertise spans the entire creative process—from developing innovative visual concepts to hands-on artwork creation and managing complex projects.
Currently based in Glasgow and member of the Glasgo Print Studio board, I am passionate about crafting unique, high-impact visuals and am open to taking on projects worldwide.
